Family Information and FOPHS News Friday 16th May 2025
Another lovely week weather wise and today, Thursday as I write we have resilience day. These are always fantastic, and school seems to have a real buzz.
I want to start by thanking everyone for the donations I have received to date for the summer fayre on 21st June. I have had some offers of support from staff, so now need parents/carers to volunteer an hour or two on the day to help man stalls. Please get in touch and, if you鈥檇 like to do more come along to our next FoPHS meeting on Wednesday between 9.30 and 11. See the FoPHS section for exciting developments.
If any of our parents/carers would like to take a table at the fayre, please let me know. It will be at a discounted rate, and we prioritise craft stalls.
The letter below is being sent home today:
Free School Meals:
For those eligible for income related free school meals, North Tyneside Council are issuing a voucher to the value of 拢15 to help with the cost of a meal for your child/young person over half term. This will be active on Monday 26th May. There is no letter being sent on this occasion. Your voucher will arrive by the means you have chosen; most by email from Edenred. It is important that you activate the voucher quickly so that the council knows they are being used for the purpose intended.
Any questions, please get in touch with me?
