×īŠĀĀ鶹Ō““ School Rated āOutstandingā in all areas by Ofsted
Following a recent inspection, Ofsted has rated ×īŠĀĀ鶹Ō““ School as āoutstandingā in all areas.
This exceptional recognition showcases ×īŠĀĀ鶹Ō““ Schoolās dedication to providing high quality education, personal development and positive behaviour and attitudes whilst also highlighting the strength of our sixth form provision and leadership and management.
The report stated: āPupils receive a rich and fulfilling education at ×īŠĀĀ鶹Ō““ School. An unrelenting culture of ambition and care underpins all that happens in the school.
āThe school team work tirelessly to ensure that any barriers to learning are overcome. Timely therapeutic care supports pupils to access their education. This enables pupils to achieve exceptionally well. Pupils are highly motivated and enthusiastic learners.ā
Our emphasis on developing communication and interaction skills was highlighted as a key strength, stating that: āFrom the early years, children learn to use different forms of communication confidently.ā
Noting our use of a variety communication forms, the report found that our staff are āHighly proficient in teaching pupils to use these approachesā, allowing our students to āExpress their preferences and feelings successfullyā.
We were also celebrated for our commitment to the personal development of our students:
āPupilsā personal development is exceptional and preparation for adulthood threads through school life.
āThe school is highly talented in nurturing the talents and interests of pupils.ā
Ofsted have also recognised the exceptional behaviour of our students, the dedication of our staff, and the continual improvements we have made since our 2023 inspection.
