We Won at the North East HR&D Awards!
We were delighted to attend the HR&D Awards at The Fed in Gateshead after being shortlisted for the Excellence in Rewards and Benefits category.
Representatives from our HR team proudly attended on behalf of the Foundation and were thrilled to learn that we had won!
This achievement recognises our ongoing commitment to supporting our colleagues through initiatives such as our Loyalty Awards, maintaining our status as a Real Living Wage Employer, and introducing a Welfare Loan and Grant Policy.
Our people are at the heart of everything we do, and we are incredibly proud to have our efforts recognised through this award.
